What data I collect
Only what you send me: your name, your email address and whatever you tell me, when you write through the contact form or directly by email. This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no profiling.
What for
To reply to you and, if we go ahead, to prepare a quote or manage the project. I won’t add you to any list or send you anything you haven’t asked for.
Legal basis
You give me the data and accept this by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). If we end up working together, also because it is needed for the project (art. 6.1.b).
How long I keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts. If it doesn’t turn into a project, I delete the email within one year at the latest. If it does, for as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
Who I share it with
Nobody, for their own use. It passes through the technical providers that run the website and email (hosting and email service), who only process it on my behalf. There are no transfers outside the European Union except those these providers cover with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to hola@vafijo.com. If you think I haven’t handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
